Sometimes a change, of games or scenery, helps. If I'm running really bad at NL, I may switch to Limit. I may try to play more MTT's or SNG's if I'm running bad in cash games. Maybe move to another site (which is more difficult for many US players now). I'm trying to master Omaha so that can be an option in the future too.
