These RNG that shuffle and deal on online poker...once it's shuffled, does it stop? so, that if you wait a second later, it'll still give you the same card? or is it constantly shuffling until it's ready to deal the next card...so if you DO wait a second later, you'd get a different card. Anyone know?

(it just bothers me a little bit...i know, in the long run it won't matter, sometimes it'd help you, sometimes it'd hurt you, so it really doesn't matter...)
