I usually dont bluff in 2-7 but the villian in this case is one of the few good players playing on poker stars. I have played a ton of hands with him and he is a consistant winner.

standing pat and checking OOP after you draw one screams rough 8 (maybe smooth 9) or induce bluff with a good 7.

what exactly do you think he'd fold here? whatever that is, do you really think he would have stood pat with it on the last draw?

if anything, he's in the better bluffing spot with a janky hand since you drew one. a push from him could make you fold a janky winner.

anyway, very, very bad play by you, imo.
