I don't mean to be overly harsh, but it sounds like you need help with your game more than anything right now. Losing players do not have bankrolls - they have budgets. If you blew through 3k in less than 6 months playing the 25 and 50 tables, you have some major issues to work out with your game. Worry about the bankroll management part later - you don't have a bankroll to manage. I suggest that you drop down to the micro stakes until you get your game sorted out.
Post some trouble hands in the appropriate strategy section, post up your poker tracker stats (you are using poker tracker, right?) get some feedback, and work on becoming a winning player.
