If its possible to have a realy frusterating $500 winning session I just had it. I should be happy with a winning session but today really could have been a $1k or $2k day if things had gone well. As usual the 2/3 at Oceans was juicy as hell, to bad today was another day of not being able to hit a draw to save my life. So here are some hands from today.
I am the BB with
. The pot is strattled so its $6 to go, I call from the CO. SB makes it $25, 3 callers to me, I call, so does button and SB. Flop is
. Checks all the way around to me. I bet $100, SB is all in for $107. I call, she has Q2o and I dont improve.
I am in LP with
Flop is Kc Jc 7. Bet $10, guy to my left raises to $30. I thought about reraising but raisor is not the type that can fold top pair and I'm kinda concerned he might have KJ. Turn is the 2nd worst card in the deck a J. UTG bets $50, and raisor just calls. I fold, river is an ace and they both check. K6 vs K9, I would have rivered the winner.
I am the BB with
. I call a $15 raise from one of the table donks, he has $500 and I cover. Flop is A
. I lead $30, he calls. Turn is a Q. I lead $60 and he calls. River is a brick, i bet $100 and he folds
and shows it to me. A club on the turn or river is a $1000 pot for me.
I am the button with
. Donkey on my right makes it $10 as he does almost every hand he plays. I call so do 3 others. Flop is 98
. Checks around to me, I decide to take a free card. Turn is a 7. Donkey bets $25, I raise to $75. He thinks and calls. River is once again the worst card in the deck 10. He pushs all in for another $200. I fold face up and he shows JJ.
Couple decent hands. I get AA, donkey raises to $25, 2 callers, I raise to $125. Donkey calls flop is Q22. He checks, I bet $100, he pushs for $100 more. I call he has Q7o and doesnt hit his 2 outs.
I call a $10 raise from guy to my left again with
. Flop is 478. He bets $30, I call, 3 on the turn bringing the flush draw, he bets $60. I raise to $200 which puts him all in he insta calls with TT drawing stone dead.
Weak tight player min raises from the button after I limp with 910o. I call, flop is 876. He pushs for $200. I call with the nuts and he has 98.
Crappy hand I call a raise with 44, flop is
3. I check PFR bets $40, I raise to $140, player behind me is all in for $250. Bettor folds, I call and he has 99. No one outter for me.
Overall a hell of a rollercoaster session, could have turned into a huge one with a couple breaks going my way. +$490 in 11 hrs.
