2006 in Review-

I guess since Gaylikeroy and everyone else is starting to post these i will too...

2006 was a great year poker-wise for me. I cashed out everything i had (albeit not very much) in April and started over. All i had was $143 on Poker Stars.

My first stop was NL 6max...starting with 10nl. I moved up in limits until i finally got to 100nl in August. Then in mid-August i won the 10r for ~12k. After that i began playing more and more tournaments.

A couple days later i came in 4th in the 100r for 5k. After that i went on a 30+ MTT streak...which lasted almost a month...without a cash over $1k. Finally, in early September i got another good cash...a 2nd place finish in the 100r for 12k. I then final tabled the same tourney for $1600 soon after.

The swings continued however when i went on another 20+ mtt streak without a good cash. This time lasting until the PS online world series of poker in October. My BR had gotten all the way down to 10k until this stetch--



I actually tried to satellite into the 2600 main event but i had no luck so i ended up buying in. Awesome BR management obv.

I had a couple final tables in the following weeks..but nothing more than 5k. My next big cash was the 100r win for 30k on 10/29. I then started playing less and less. In November i only played in ~30 MTT's..only making 1 final table. I believe i lost around 5k during this stretch.

Sometime during this period i got ranked on Pocketfives. I believe i was like 67th for a couple weeks then i was removed because i didnt play enough/didnt have the points.

In December i pretty much took 2 weeks off from poker. I came back with a bang, however, when i won the 100r again....this time for 24k.

Since then ive played in like 10 tourneys and havnt cashed in any of them i think. Im actually ranked 36th on officialpokerrankings.com though..right in front of Tmay and shaniac...holla

It looks like ive also played almost 500 sngs this year- The last 100 or so have been high limit...



It looks like i also made around 10k in cash games...including ~5k of that from the 5000nl experience...

SO, it looks like i made around $80k this year. Not great, but considering where i was at the beginning of the year i'll take it.

Goals for 2007 coming soon...

Not bad but I had a chance at winning 230k and i screwed it up. yay me.
