Logically there really arent any hands which the 7 could have helped there on the turn.. but its probabley better just to raise the flop anyways because he might think that he is beat once you put in that turn raise. Getting it in on the flop is probabley better in the long run.. because sometimes scary cards might peel off on the turn and he will fold if you decide to commit him there. This board is perfect to stack him.. his range is once he bets is most likely 77-1010.. and you stack him.
