at this limit, i think you will get called down often by the pair of 4s. "the pot's too big to fold" i'm sure they say. also, i don't think you get raised often by a a lot of hands that beat you (weak 2pr) or chop with you.

ultimately, i think it depends on reads. some people will raise you really light (correctly) on the end. for those people, checking behind is best. for the calling station types, value bet it.
