Did the 1/2 NL games just start picking up, cause when I was there, it was pretty dead... I hope it gets good, cause I'm dying to get some of that bonus...

There's usually at least one NL game going - but I have found if you open a table, people tend to come join you pretty quick. Case in point - I sat down at an Omaha Hi/Lo table and quickly had 3-4 people join in for a few hands. I've never seen O8 played there - so getting 3-4 people was pretty impressive to me...

Well, I did promise to give some view on how the site is after I played there for a little while.

First of all, without the VFP program, it just wouldn't be worth it. The bonus clears too slowly to be of any use, and is still slow at $3/$6 and higher (I have a couple of friends at that level playing 10-14 hours/day and they are only unlocking $80 or so per day playing 4 tables...). With the VFP program - the bonus is huge.

In any case, most nights now are populated with a fair number of $2/$4 and $3/$6 HE tables. There's usually one or two higher limit ones (6/12, 10/20 even a 200/400 once). The play in the $2/$4 (from my experience) and $3/$6 (from what I've seen and been told) is the same because they share the same pool of players.

The play at the $2/$4 can only be called "tight maniacal." Meaning that a raise preflop can frequently steal the blinds from any position. A reraise will generally ensure a big pot and happens about half the time. The only thing is a raise, reraise, re-reraise or cap are all random and have little bearing on the raiser's actual hand. Case in point - I was capped with QQ against a guy holding 79o. This is not a rare occurance.

As such, the games are real swingy and fairly frustrating. If you keep to a tight list of hands, you should do fine over time - but realize that they won't always suck out on you.

In terms of other game selection - it is pretty low. I think on most nights there's at least one NL table ($1/$2 usually). I've seen a Razz table full once - but it didn't last long (probably a few players just trying it out and then left. I started an Omaha Hi/Lo table once but only got a few players after 1/2 an hour or so.

The population of the site is probably well hidden by the people multi-tabling, but I expect there's probably 2-300 people enrolled there. You will run into the same people over and over again. They will remember you.

Lastly, the missing features I noted originally are still missing - and I think this is a big point. Still no hand histories and more importantly, no wait lists.

Hope this helps someone.

Just so everyone knows - GamesGrid has finally implemented hand histories - so that feature is no longer a missing one.

Now if only they added waitlist functionality.

And for the last bit - cash out times...

GamesGrid is officially the fastest I've seen for a cashout to Neteller. Literally was in my account by the time I checked it (a few minutes).
