I thought that was pretty clear, or maybe I don't understand what you want.
You need to be at a table raked for a total of $16.66 to earn $1 in bonus. You need to be at a table raked for a total of $33.33 to earn $1 in RB at 27% for full ring games. You need to be at a table raked for a total of $22.22 to earn $1 in RB at 27% for 6-max games.
The bonus it doesn't matter how many people are there since you get full credit for the rake paid at the table. With RB, your MGR is calced as an equal share of the tables rake among all the players so the size of the table matters.
I really am not sure how much better I can explain it.
