There is really only one good answer to this: You have a very strong hand or at least a strong hand in regards to heads up play. If not just fold the mediocre stuff and get on with the next hand. As I have said before I will call a raise with two blank cards heads up from the BB verus a small blind raise. Against an opponent like me you should even be more inclined to throw away all but your extremely good hands because I have position on you and I play well post flop. Another example of a knuckle head trying to drive me out heads up from the SB with some mediocre shit that just cost him some more bucks post flop. Thanks for coming out sir.
