BKAZ,
I use Ecocard, and I've had no problems. It take longer (like a week) but its worth it.
The SWIFT code is NOT your routing number. The routing number is for paper checks and tells them what geographic bank to forward the paper (it's on the bottom of your paper check). The SWIFT number is for wire transfers and identifies your bank. For example, I have a Wells Fargo account and all Wells Fargo accounts have the same SWIFT number. In the US, its often called the ABA number. Call your bank and they will give it to you.
When you are filling out the Ecocard application, the IBAN number is just your bank account number.
Hope this helps.
