Today was a GREAT day at work! The accountant manager asked me to meet him in his office for a talk. We discussed how I've been doing there at TPE and what I think of the job so far. Everyone I work with likes me, they are MORE than satisfied with my work, and I enjoy working there as well. He tells me the job I'm temping right now was the job of the past accountant. Everyone there (especially him) knows how quick a learner I am with computers, so he knows I'll be able to learn QuickBooks (accounting software) very quickly. So... let me get to the big picture - I am being promoted to an Accountant! I will be making nearly double my current income!

If it weren't for the people and the atmosphere, the job would suck balls. Here, I feel like part of the family. We do our jobs well when we're busy, but we also fool around and try to have fun during slower moments.

HOORAY FOR THE WEEKEND!!! I forgot how special weekends were with my online poker job. I mean, who cares if it's the weekend then?

I was getting tired of playing Solitaire and Freecell during slow times at work and I suddenly remembered MVP posting a link to playing NES emulators online through Java. NEScafe, I love you

It's almost like I'm partially getting paid to play video games now! The managers are on vacation until Monday. WOOHOO $12/hr and playing Tecmo Super Bowl!

I wish I had something fun to do this weekend. I have little cash and don't chill with anyone in my area. Bars and clubs are expensive and I'm not a fan of them anyways. I frankly don't know where I'd go to meet people around my age with similar interests as me.

I'm such a donk-n-go pro it's ridiculous. Like I mentioned earlier, Tyr gave me $20 and I've now brought it up to $270. I rule!

During my last 8-tablin session my ex called me. She wants me to move to DC with her. Yeah... so I won't be doing that. But I'll take a flight to DC sometime during summer and crash at her place, probably getting laid again in the process (NICE). I can already imagine it now... me playing Ninja Gaiden and her sucking me off. Ah, what a nice time in DC I'll have.

Speaking of Ninja Gaiden... earlier today at work I had to "watch the phones" while the receptionist dude went on lunch. Whatever, he has a nice desk and the managers never see what I'm doing on the computer there. So I open up retrouprising.com and play Ninja Gaiden for about a half hour and absolutely no one called in. Nice $12/hr for this stuff
