Oats when I first started playing about a year ago ... I did some reading online etc. etc. I was sooper fishy at holdem, although I kind of knew about starting hands etc. At tournaments I was a bit better because I had read Sklansky's advice on what to play in what position, and what to look for on the flop. In a cash game I was meat.
There were guys at the table who would play super tight in the cash games ... and what would happen is that I would get involved with my K3, or my J7, or whatever ... if I was involved with a guy who played almost no hands ... I would chuckle to myself and think of what a poor player he was ... sitting around waiting for AA or KK or whatever. Whenever I was in a hand with those players, I would feel a victory if they would fold to my bet. I lost a LOT of money my first number of months playing poker.
I wouldn't be too afraid that they'll all catch on ... sure there's some good players, but all of the fish will play at the micro limits and you can be guaranteed that they will not be able to adapt to what you're doing.
Also, by being that tight ... there's a bit of invisibility. Even using pokertracker there's the occassion where I even forget that someone's at the table because I'm concentrated on the people giving action, the people talking, etc. If I do see a raise from a corner where the guys got a really low VPIP, I have an advantage thanks to PT, but I think the other guys don't even notice that only premium hands are being played. The others still jump in while I'm folding.
Long story short, I wouldn't feel any anxiety about trying to deviate from your play right now ... I think you will be able to continue with your solid winrate (barring suckouts etc) doing exactly what you're doing. You're probably the most disciplined player preflop I know of at these limits.
