This is a Journal about a Test I am starting right now.

I bought the Book "Kill Phil a couple of Days ago and I think their Strategy is pretty tempting.

So I will do a Testdrive in the next weeks.

A little about me:
I'm a lower 30s self employed IT-Consultant working mainly in the Finacial/Banking sector in Germany.
I play Poker for 2 or 3 Years now. I think I have a decent theoretical Background but I play very seldom (Work, GF, other Hobbies) so my playing pratice is very low.

How will I do my little experiment?

For the moment I will put aside a mini-bankroll of 50 $ for this
- I will skip the rookie strategy and start with the Basic Strategy
- My First stage will be some testruns in Freerolls on Stars
- When the first experiences are not totally bad I will Play Microlimit Single and Multitable SnG as well as Microlimit MTTs on Stars starting with the lowest Buy-ins moving up stepwise to 5+.5 maximum when the results are getting positive
- If the whole thing becomes profitable a move to higer buy ins is possible
- When I get acustomed to the strategy I will move up to Basic Plus and later to expert Strategy.
