The solution: it's simple, but hard to do sometimes - we're getting 3+ months ahead of ourselves
and then thought "thank god, this guy has his head on straight". Youre right, its very simple but most people just cant or wont do it. Im constantly trying to advise rookies of this simple concept but they just dont get it. Congrats.
