Why don't you play some lower limit stuff just to blow off steam? It might help. Being angry or anxious about the overall situation will cause bad play and more losses.... and there's no way in hell that you're not both of those things overall this month.
Congratulations on your win yesterday. I really hope it comes back full circle. I remember KennyG going on a confidence-crippling bad streak and writing about it in his journal. I remember it being a good read.
Your story is still what got me really going on this poker thing full tilt (no pun) ... so DON'T FUCK IT UP. You're an idol here in Canada.
