I am playing a 2/3 NL game at a B&M casino. Player A has shown to be a loose player and has been very erratic. Made a really bad bluff with a 4 str8 on board with an A needed for a str8. Player A raises to $6, I'm sitting at the cut off with 77, a couple of callers in front, so I just call. The flop is 7J2 all spades, Player A leads out $30, he has another $100 or so behind him. My guess now is that he has AA and may have the A or spades. My thought is that if he does have the A of spades, all his money is going to go in either way, so I just call thinking if there is no spade on the turn, I push him all in. The turn is a blank that doesn't pair the board. Ath this point its heads up. He bets out $30 again, I raise and put him all in. He calls way to fast and shows k/6 spades. The board doesnt pair on the river and I double him up. Can anyone else get away from this hand.
First the raise with k/6s reaks of a bad 3/6 player. Plus I didnt think if he had flopped the flush he would have lead out so hard.
