I've been up since 1pm (EST) yesterday. To try to fix my sleeping schedule I'm going to push myself to stay up today until at least 6pm. It's currently 9 AM. Can I make it 9 more hours?!? I like the number 9 so as Mario would say "here we go!!!"

Nope. Back on FTP. DNGs take way too long to fill up on Cake - sometimes takes many HOURS to fill a single DNG there.

The 6-man ones were the only ones that filled quickly. I'm most experienced with the 9/10man SNG prize structure and how to play those.

EP9... you might find that 6-player dngs might end up being MORE profitable if you can get the ICM calcs down for that game as well as you've got them down for the 9/10-player. plus they play faster.

my limited experience is the the 6max ones are complete donkfests... all concept of "tight early" and other "fundamentals" are largely thrown out the window.

I get tired of 12-tabling the SNGs after a while, so sometimes I play MTTs and 6max cash (OH NOSE NOT AGAIN!!). I've been trying to take away a lot of medium-ish pots by attacking weakness and it's been working out well so far. I notice most people's stats have flop aggression like 7, then turn and river like 3 and 2. I'm relentless!



I have my first interview today. My brother taught me how to tie a tie last night. WOOHOO!! Anyways, I'm not thrilled with this first interview since the job description was very vague and I think they want me to do insurance sales. Uhh... no... I figure if I don't want the job, at least I can get more practice with interviews. Can't hurt.

I've been shipping out my resume to dozens of places and have a couple other interviews set up. Later today I also have an interview and skills evaluation at a placement agency to help me find a job quick while I keep interviewing for a more permanent position elsewhere.

I cashed out $200 from FTP to pay for this months expenditures. Now that I'm home I don't have as many bills to pay, so $200 covers the month. I'm still in debt like $2400 and really hoping NT stops fucking with US customers and just lets us withdraw already!

Oh yea, and first interview was tre's amuse'. I filled out their application and had to BS reasons why I was interested in a sales position. So I just wrote flat out, "I want to make money". Then when I actually had the face-to-face interview the guy asked me to describe myself. Instead of answering his question, I asked him "What is a typical day at this job like? Is this like driving around, presenting something, and trying to sell to people? Am I making calls from a cubicle? What would I be doing?"

and he's like "I know you have a lot of questions about this job... blahblahblah... but I want to get to know YOU first".

I tell him "tell me what this job is about first, and then I'll decide if it interests me enough."

He says "It's like you said. It's sales. Selling to people."
