PT question

Postby Molina » Thu Nov 11, 2004 11:06 pm

There's a person I play online most days it seems, I've played over 1000 hands with him in the past 2 months and it says that he's down $200 over this stretch.

The thing is that while these figures are quite poor, a lot of the time I sit at the table he's at, he's sitting on at least a slightly more than maximum stack.

My question is whether there are any ways for PT to take into account the sizes of peoples stacks. Good players are likely to have bigger stacks from which losses are less relevant.

I know good players should generally make more and more money the longer they stay at the table, it just seems there should some kind of handicapping. Is there?

I think he's asking whether pokertracker has a feature that would allow you to adjust the magnitude of certain statistics (i.e. BB/100 in NL) based on how big the other player's stack is in relation to the table's maximum buyin.

I'm guessing the answer is no, because I don't think that would be a useful feature.
