He has KQ or something like it, and is reraising you because he thinks you are bluffing. From the way you've played, he can't imagine you have the flush.

I put him all in. You took the lead on the flop and there was no preflop raising so its unlikely that he has . Your hand is well disguised since it was runner runner and I would put him all in. If you lose, it happens. If he had nothing besides the flush draw and maybe the 4, I would love to play with him in the future. The only hands I think a respectable player could have is KQ or AQc, but I think that he won't see your hand coming and you can take all his stack.

I would have put him on 2 pair as well and raising to try to scare you off, would definitely put him all in here.
