UTG is a lagtard preflop--raising probably 35% of his hands.. bets tons of flops, c/r with any pair...pretty much never folds
Button is super loose, but plays ok postflop. He like action and big pots...and creates them by 3-betting lots of raised pots preflop.
BB is loose typical bad lowlimit player

UTG raises, I 3-bet with AhJc next in (UTG+1), button caps, bb calls UTG calls.

Does anybody fold this preflop? I say so because even though trying to isolate UTG lagtard with a probable better hand isn't a bad idea, you are still in very early position and have a lot of people acting behind you. I like the raise better if you are closer to the Button.

I hate the flop call here. I raise and see where we go from there. This is a spot where I do not mind folding to resistance after I have shown strength.

If button is paying attention he know UTG has a wide range. He likely thinks your 3-betting with a wider than normal range so you can isolate on donkey boy. Hence his range is larger than normal. Our flop raise will give us a good idea if we are ahead of button. Calling tells us nothing.

On the turn I can't comment because the flop play tells me nothing. Although your call on flop and raise on turn reeks of a monster since the turn was a total blank. I would probably put you on a big hand here and if button is a solid player you may get him to fold a better hand.

FWIW, I can see both points of view here. And without reads on anyone I think the flop raise line would be best. But with the reads you gave, nobody is folding to ANY raises on the flop with the PF betting having been capped. Therefore I actually like the way it was played. But I tend to play these kind a bit weak tight too.
