I was going to muck this PF, but with all the limpers, I figured I had some decent odds...I had the plan to throw it away on the flop unless I hit hard...

Ok, Well, can't ask to hit harder then that..OESD with no FD out there...I figured with all the people just calling, i had some huge odds to call...SB has played quite a few hands, but usually much more passively. I figured with the way he's betting he hit top 2 or trips...No idea what the others are calling with...probably overcards. I thought about raising here but really feared a reraise from SB. I figured since my hand required (or would like) a lot of callers if I hit then a simple call would be best...with my position and the position of the bettor, I could raise him once i hit and really build a huge pot

On the turn I have 8:1 to call...how can I not...Although the 7 I don't like because if a 6 hits then it makes it more likely a higher str8 is out there...Thoughts here?

I can't even beat a bluff on this hand...I hate small suited connectors for just this reason.

Pretty standard, but I would have raised the flop for a free card. I think with all the limpers you need to come along for the ride pf.

I think pre flop call is maginal at most tables but not at the ones your playing. You seem to be surrounded by loose-passive callers who play bad post flop which gives u good implied odds to play these kind of hands.

On the flop i would raise for a freecard. Sure u can fear a rerasise from sb. (putting him on set or two pairs) But if only 2 more people call his reraise (which they probably will) then u are the benefactor along with sb. (you both have strong hands and so u both earn money from a raise) Also there is a possibility that sb would just call a reraise being so passive as he is.

Would u have been heads up or three handed at the flop and u put sb on a strong hand then calling is the right thing to do. Being so many involved though, i would raise.

I have mixed emotions on the flop play here. You have a great hidden draw, meaning that if the A or 6 hits you will almost certainly get betted into with several callers and can make a ton on the turn. Same analogy goes for the river if you miss the turn as you did and call.
If you had a flush draw here instead of a straight draw I would be more inclined to raise the flop, since if you just call and a third flush card hits people tend to shut down and check it which limits the amount you can make. Hence, there is more of a benefit to raising for a free card.
I think the "technically correct" play here is to raise as others have said, but I still often check in these spots especially when I think I am in a situation where I have no hand to showdown unless I improve.
