Ok, just stupid stupid stupid.

One of the biggest leaks in my game is trying to steal too much and thats exactly how Ive lost 3 buy-ins already. Why can't I stop trying to bluff players who can't fold?!?!?

Geesh, Im down almost three buy ins and I only played for half a session. Some good points though, I did manage to make a lot of what I lost trying to bluff back in the form of getting it all in with the nuts, so at least I didn't lose FIVE buy ins. Looking back on this and what he had, any other pair beats him so Im disgusted with my play. I thought he had TPTK and I was drawing to 16 outs (4-kings 4-9s 8-diamonds 3-jacks = 19 outs, 40% to win.) Advice on this hand??


I'm taking a break right now, but Im going to get back at it for the second half of my session in a while, Ill post a bit more later. Im going to really tighten up and stick to rule 6, which I also didnt follow very well hehehe.

WTF!?!?!?! I cannot win a frickin hand, and the hands Im going to win I cant get money into the pot, they fold like a house of cards. I turns two pair and rivered full house a LAG and he folds to a .10 bet!!!!! I am officially down about seven buy-ins at this point, but not giving up yet. Gotta adapt.

Well after working very hard at this game and trying to plug leaks I ended up playing a very tight game and I find I am still losing money.

I seem to be suffering from extremely bad suckouts almost every single time I get all the money in the pot.

IE: All in on the flop when I flop a straight, TPTK calls me goes runner runner FH

All in on the flop with top two pair, calls with TP better kicker K on the river!

I don't get it. No matter what I do, I cannot seem to win money for a very long period of time. I am so discouraged and need some advice.

Seriously, I think most of the problem might be the fact it is SHNL. I am going to try some ring games tonight, and see how I fare. Thanks for all your advice. Any one who could answer my questions above would be much appreciated.

Well I played solid poker for an hour and Im down 5 buy-ins again

Dont ask me why.

I get AK I raise to .40 eveyone folds.

I get AJ I raise to .40 one caller hit my Jack on the flop, get it all in, buddy spikes a 10 on the turn for 2 pair.

I get A9 on the buitton and raise to .40 trying to steal, and I get 8 callers!?

I am so friggin discouraged right now, its no wonder people think online poker is rigged.

I get 33 with action, no set.

Like what the hell? Its like they can see my cards.

AJ-Was villain short? No need to stack off easily with TPTK, especially in FR.

A9-That many limpers aren't folding to a raise that small in comparison to the pot. Trying to steal in micro-FR with limpers is probably not the best way to make a profit.
