Ugh, let's get the poker out of the way first: it was one of those nights where every strong hand was second best. I played 1100 hands and dropped 5 buy ins in total. I knew I 'd been running hot this month, but that's halved my win rate. Christ almighty.

I blame ITV4 who had said they'd be televising the Prague v Arsenal CL 1st leg, then obviously had some kind of change of heart. If I'd known that I'd have gone to the pub to watch it, and come home pissed, happy and 5 buy ins better off. Sick.

So yes, we won 2-0, though obviously I didn't actually see any of it. What a shit night.

17k BF points accrued, 8k more needed so I'm well on target. I just wish I could put together a few decent consecutive months and move up to 200NL, because this is getting boring. Christ only knows how people do this for a living.

Off to iron some shirts and watch the football (obviously I'll make some tea and avoid the Spuds win when it comes on) - ahhhh domestic bliss.

If I'm still awake after the football I might come back and fire off some of my money that's left from my days at Ladbrokes by short stacking some bigger games. Why not?
