$5 SnG on UB. 4 people left:

low stack has 2100 chips. I have 4800 and other big stack has 4300. Blinds are 100/200.

Here's the hand:

Big stack UTG raises to 600, low stack in MP calls, I have KK in the BB. I'm not sure why but I just called. My thinking is i wanted to give the other big stack a chance to see the flop and maybe take out the low stack. And if I see an A, i'm out of there. I probably should have reraised I guess.

Anyways flop is a rainbow JJ6. I check, big stack checks, and low stack goes AI with his remaining 1600. I call, and then big stack goes all in with his remaining 3900. If I call and lose this hand I will be crippled. If i fold i'll have ~2500 chips left. I am positive the big stack has the J. What's the correct play here? Next person that goes out misses the money.

If you're "SURE" that BS has the J, then fold... you're drawing to 2 outs... If you're not 100% sure, I would consider calling this... If he knocks out the Small stack, you're still gonna be ITM...

Personally, I would've pushed this PF... If they both fold, you just picked up 1200 chips, and small stack will be VERY crippled... If SS calls, you're a huge favorite to anything but Aces...

I wouldn't have pushed preflop. But I would have reraised 1500 or so and prepared to call him if he then responds by pushing.

I think your initial decision to slow play the KK was a good one, until it became a 3 person pot. At that point I don't think you can slow play the KK anymore. I think you bet enuf to put the short stack in if he goes and make the pot odds wrong for the big stack to call/raise with anything
