1 is standard although your PFR seems big? He raises to 4ish I assume, 1 caller and you make it 23? I would make it 20 at the most, probably 18 is fine.

2 seems fine. These min raises are often AA/KK but if villain is doing this often then its probably not. Donks do this with all kinds of crap, especially when they see their CBs get respect after doing it. I wouldn't mind a 4-bet preflop to better define the situation though. Although against a guy like this I suspect he is unpredictable so the 4-bet may not give you much to go on.

Hand 1: obviously no way you should even consider folding here, you're committed, but more to the point what are you doing when you miss the flop? If you CB the same amount you're still committed to calling IMO.

I generally favour much smaller CBs of just over 1/2 pot in 3bet pots - you're usually in a WA/WB situation, so no need to bloat the pot OOP - $28 into the ~$50 pot here. If you've hit and he shoves you're calling anyway, if you've missed and he shoves I hate it but fold most of the time.

Hand 2: when you CR'd him you were committing yourself, so easy call. Well played.

Hand 3: you 3bet here with KK to $19 but in a similar spot in hand #1 with AK you 3bet to $23. Possible leak? I also like the CRAI here.

So, in order to run a sub 4hr marathon, I'd need 9min miles (or 5:35 Kms), which I think is very attainable for me. I ran my first mile in probably over a year, and ran at an 8min pace and felt like shit, but within a couple weeks I'll be able to run 5miles at an 8:30 pace no problem. About 4yrs ago I was training to run a sub 40min 10k (which is ~6min miles), so I def think that I can do 9min miles.

Also, I'm now going to be going to the gym ~4-5 times/week which is awesome...
