Yeah TAG is pretty much the way to go at smaller limits thought not really as much as it used to be. It seems that a lot of the smaller games have gotten pretty weak tight, so switching into LAG mode is necessary on occasion.

Your river bet amount really depends on your opponent, people don't often fold made hands in PLO on the river but still the amount you bet 1/2- pot still really depends on the villain.
