Friday was a kind of a ho-hum day - nothing really to speak of that was good or bad - it just happened. Saturday was flat out frustrating - I was playing fairly well but any time I got in a tangle for all of my chips - I lost. Most of these were 50-50 shots - so I'm not saying they were all bad beats or anything, and certainly in the last 70FPP I was up against AA with my AK, but it was still annoying to lose that many in a row and have nothing to show for it. 3 $1+.20 SNGs and not placing in any of them hurt the bankroll - and if it weren't for the PPA freeroll - it would've really hurt my weekend profits.

Sunday, by contrast, was very good and fun. For the most part, I felt I played solid poker and was making good reads in the spots I needed them. The 1st place in the SNG helped jumpstart my mood and then making it relatively deep in the freeroll and the $0.25 tourneys helped me feel like I am playing well.

I plan on doing a full review of the hands of the $0.25 tournament - especially for the hands involving the 5 seat on the last table I was on (because I suddenly became weak against him...). I expect I either misplayed the hands in question or I was right but didn't have the conviction to believe I was right...

Anyway - I was hoping to be up to $20 after the weekend, but $15 is still reasonable to work with. I might mix in the occasional $1 multi now, so I have a little better chance of making a decent jump.

I did try my first couple of 70FPP satelites and they were very different. The first played fairly tightly and only started bleeding players when one player decided to go allin for 5 hands in a row. He knocked out 4 of the opponents with this and was uncalled on the fifth attempt. I didn't place in either of the satelites, but I might continue with them occasionally. I just can't do it too much - since it will deplete the few FPP I need for the 10FPP tournaments.
