Just curious abut a couple of these hands with the whole thinking on different levels thing.

Hand 2: When he CR's you on the flop and then bets into you on the turn, what are you thinking as far as what you feel he probably has (obviously you don't think you're beat or you'd have folded right?) and if you are willing to get it allin, why did you not do it on the flop after his CR?

Hand 4 (the one with the AA5 flop): Same question as above.
