Blinds and antes are 39K. M is somewhere between 6 and 7. They need to make a move soon, but this is not likely the spot like ED said. Unless there is some kind of read that UTG+1 is a total donk (usually not that many as you get towards the end of a large field tournament) or if UTG+1 is a desperate shortie and even then I might want to be in a bit later position to see what the rest of the table did.
