Where do i go now?

I am an American who has the following accounts:

FT (no rakeback, opened through PSO as the affiliate)
Poker Stars
Absolute: Created account but never deposited.
Cake: Yeay!

My problem is this. I hate playing without unmentionable, and like to spread my roll across two sites to deal with any traffic issues and make sure I can always find a decent game. My roll is spread on Cake and Stars, but when there is no action on Cake I am forced to play the nits on Stars without any unmentionable.

Where should I turn to have a second room that I can get unmentionable at and reasonable games?

People say the fpp system at stars at platinum level is about 20% rb and at supernova is about 30%.

Is that based on the stuff you can buy? Whats the easiest way to convert fpps to cash? And whats the equiv rb percentage if you do that?
