I log into Cake to play a session. I play 4-5 hands and suddenly I cant see the cards. One table I get dealt . Well I had another card but I couldnt see it.

I was in the middle of a hand on 1 table and couldnt see the river card and had to fold when the guy bet into me. I had put $18 into that pot.

I sat out and tried to close the tables and it wouldnt even let me do that. I emailed Cake CS and asked for a refund and for help since I still couldnt even close the tables after rebooting and starting the software back up.

Anyway, to make a long story short, I got a response from CS within 3 mins. Within 15 mins, I had exchanged 4-5 emails, had everything working again and had $18 refunded to me.

Ive played just about every poker site in the free world and this is by far the best CS Ive ever experienced.

Ill throw in another good story, I was keen to use my gold chips (FPPs) to get an 80GB ipod classic, they had every other ipod available in their store but not the one I was after. Anyhow after an email to the store manager they arranged to ship me the exact model I wanted.
