The games I am currently playing NL100 and NL200 6-max are weird, there are a tonne of 16/10 types that infest the games but they are generally not very good, just tight. There are some good regs that I have noticed and quite a few fish and alot of aggrodonks and bad shortstacks.

I like the software but the number of hands per hour is really low, I think I average around 70-80 playing a mix of the turbo and regular tables. Boss was a little better than 100 for the regular and 130 for the turbos.

Not sure what the Bet365 VIP deal is like, but it seems that they are all similar a little less than 35% RB at the top VIP level for 6-max, significantly higher for full games. If you can couple the VIP bonus with a reload or deposit bonus it can be quite good.
