Hi all

Just wondering if anyone else has had a bad experience withdrawing from gaming club. Recently I tried to take $702 out of my account to neteller, and have found that they've emptied my poker account and credited my neteller account with only $202. I have emailed them about it, though I haven't heard back yet.

It seems extremely shoddy to me that they would make such a large error on something as rudimentary as a cashout. Just wondering if anyone else has had the same problem, or it's just me that gaming club don't seem to like . I've had a few assorted issues with the site now, and although the gaming club rep here and everyone i've spoken to on the phone have gone out of their way to help and always resolved the issue eventually and have never been less than polite or helpful, it's a bit annoying to have to go back to them AGAIN with a problem on something so seemingly simple.

Hopefully it'll be solved soon, we'll see...

Ive been playing there about 90% of the my playing time since the beginning of the year and once I made my first cashout, Ive never had a problem.

Maybe just some glitch with regard to paying to neteller, perhaps they pay in $500 chunks and one of them has got lost in translation somewhere... i'll wait for a response and let y'all know.

Right, well this has been sorted now, promptly and efficiently by the GCP people.

I received an email back within a few hours of my initial response informing me that the email they'd sent out had been an error and in fact they had credited $500 of my withdrawl back to my bank card, and the remainder ($200-odd) to my neteller account, without telling me. Havent seen the money hit my card yet, but i'm sure it just takes a day or two to clear.

So it's all OK it seems!
