I am becoming a poker coach.

Due to my inexperience I am going to start at $100/hr. It was suggested to me that I could charge $125-150/hr but I would like to prove myself first. If I get positive feedback from students I will re-examine my rate in the future. My hourly from poker is higher than $100 but I feel I can accept less due to the lack of variance.

As a side note, if anyone feels they are of comparable skill level to me and are interested in a mutually beneficial informal arrangement (free of charge of course) where we sweat each other and discuss some hands, please contact me. I played a short 1.5 hr session yesterday against the Friday-night Eurodonks. Fish were everywhere.

I won $570 even though I was runner runnered in a $500 pot when I flopped a set of Ks (see low content& bad beats: Double CiB FTL)

Obv I'm back from vacation. Rounded out the month with a -$1800 session yesterday.

For the month ~20K hands
+$2400
+1300 RB

Total ~$3700. Total crap.

And finally, I did some analysis of my AIPF hands today. I was concerned that I might be overplaying some hands preflop, but that turned out not to be the case. In the last 2 months I have gotten AIPF for > $300 34 times. I had a dominating hand 14 times to 9 for villain and we flipped 11 times. Of course, 7 of the 34 total were at NL1000, where I won 1 of 7. So, I was obv down several K overall, but probably up in BBs.

Of those 34 times:
3 were AA, I won 1 (vs QQ), but lost to QQ and AK
7 were KK, I won 2 (both vs AK) but lost to JJ, AQ and AA (3 times).
