We have a "hand of the week" column on the front page of the forum. I plan to post hands that are either very tricky or are interesting for some other reason. The way it is now, there is no way for readers to comment on the hands which brings me to the question: Should we:

1) Leave the "Hand of the Week" as a front page column for readers to read and ponder?

2) Create a seperate forum category just for the "Hand of the Week" where only I can post, and I post a hand each week and readers can post responses like they always do.

3) Select a hand for the "Hand of the Week" column on the front page from the hands posted by myself or readers (that have already been discussed) and therefore the hand is available for new readers via an archive.

I guess nobody likes polls? There are 32 views of this post but nobody has voted. Apathy is a killer.

I like the idea of it being up front...ponder without influence...then post elsewhere for further discussion...

I'd say a separate hand on the frontpage, one which hasn't been posted previously. Or even just a post related to poker to spark debate, 'what's the most common mistake made by low/high limit NL players', 'What's the best way to start loosening up from ABC play?'.

Topics that might be well served to be discussed and brought to everyone's attention for a week and THEN put them in spcific forum so they can be added to. But not always a hand every week particularly.
