eh, i think you have to. if you're up against a set and an overpair, you're less than 20%, if your up against top two and an overpair, you're 28ish percent. eh, screw it. it only looks pretty, it's actually pretty shit against reasonable hands and reasonable players in this spot. i think the best you'd be up against would be a straight flush draw of clubs in the bb, and an overpair, in which case you could call, but it's practically breakeven. i think this is a fold, though when i'm in the hot seat i'd prolly convince myself to call.

Pretty easy fold...I don't understand your description of the hand. If it's 6max, how can UTG raise, you be UTG+1 and another EP player calls?

(looks like your calling 41$ more to triple up) kinda marginal though provided you have 5+9 outs, however I wouldnt be that surprised if one of them fliped over QJ/AQ so your likely not sporting 14 outs here.

So you guys think I have < 12 outs? 12 outs with 40 cards in the deck is 2.3:1, and the pot will be laying me something like 2.7:1 if BB calls (41 for a chance at 111).

You might have 12 outs, but theres a good chance you have 9 or 7.
