Actually, ice is a detective, which means that he is short and stocky, wears a threadbare trenchcoat and hat all the time, and smokes extremely vile cigars. He also does 95% of his work with a ridiculously large magnifying glass.

Anyway, everyone with a TV knows CSI's do all the work and all the detectives do is arrest the guy while looking bemused as to why.

Get the suspects DNA from a pizza crust that the bad guy threw away and then was picked up by a bum, eaten, thown up and then sat in an alley under a dumpster for 6 months? I dont think so.

So-So day. I pretty much got no cards today. I really was meaning to play more, but only got 2 hours in. There arent as many $5/$10 tables as Im used to so table selection is non existant. That doesnt bother me at all because I dont need a table full of known fish to win. As long as table isnt full of guys better than me, Im fine. SO far that hasnt happened, although there was a LAG at a table tonight that was really bothering me. He wasnt taking any of my money. I just couldnt get in a hand. I had no cards to call his raises or reraise him so I ended up leaving a little earlier than I planned. I lost $106.70 today

Apparently since Party opened the $10/$20 tables, nobody wants to play $5/$10 now. There used to be 20 $5/$10 tables. Now Im lucky to see 1 or 2 (unless I want play 6 max which I dont).

For the 3rd time in a row, I got AA vs KK and lost. These werent all today. Since I should only lose AA to KK once in 5 times, that means I should win what? The next 15 to 20 times in a row? Cool.

I posted several of the interestign hands I played today already. I played a short night time session and got junk junk junk and left early before I did something stupid.

For the day, I played about 2 hours and won $331.80

Everything is well in iceyland. I just wish there were more $1000NL tables to choose from. Im very happy with the rate of return, but my hours are WAY down because of this problem. I would be playing more if there were more tables, Im sure, but the tables keep breaking up...or theres only one table open so I just dont play because its not worth my time. Ive been playing a $2/$4 table on the side sometimes when this is a problem, but I dont care for that very much. I may have to branch out to another site.

How good to my stats look now? I know there still arent enough hands played with these guys to make any assumptions, but JEEZ....

What's your read on Mr 14th place in the WSOP? Is he having a bad run of cards or is he on a bad run of skill? I noticed a couple days ago he was 14.9 now he is -17.5. Is this correct or did you make a typo? Or did he just go down the drain?

Also, I have an idea on finding more tables. Do another fund raiser and play 10/20. haha...unlikley I'm guessing.

How many hands do you have on some of these guys because they are losing a bundle of BB/100 for that level. One guy may have burned through my whole bankroll already.

Today was a disaster. I lost a full stack set over set. I called probably 15 raises with pairs that all missed which cost about another $600. In the evening I played about 200 hands and won 5. I dont even remember how the hand went, but I lost to quad aces when I had KQ and the board was something like 7AQAA. I lost KQ to AK with a KK6 flop...unraised pot. It just never ended today.

Nothing else to say. 2.75 hours played. -$2265.80

It has to get better. I havent won any big pots like set over set or AA vs KK. Ive had AA vs KK 3 times and lost them all. Very very dissappointing. What else can I say.

Still in the early stages of this project and you have a firm grasp. These things happen so you'll recover no problem.
