Rules and blind structure for H.O.R.S.E. poker???

Been looking for this online, but can't seem to find anything...this is a WSOP event, so if anyone knows where I can get this information, it would be appreciated.

I believe H.O.R.S.E. refers to
H....Holdem
O....Omaha
R.....Razz
S.....Stud
E......????
I didnt know it was played in the WSOP, but its kind of like dealers choice played in home games but they play all 5 games and rotate them somehow (Ive never played, just heard mention of it before)

E is for Stud eight or better, basically Hi/Lo Stud.
I have the jist of them game, but what I really need is a blind structure...hopefully I can get down to the WSOP and grab their tournament sheet that explain the games...But, if I could get that information before May 2005, it would be nice.
