Well Day 2 of my Journal , started with 1528 and after 1050 hands playing 4 tables for 4 hours, i managed to lose $27 , i'm really playing bad bad poker, i don't know why but that took me to have for a second day in a row a Won at SD % of 38.... only going to showdown 17 % of the hands...
And as i go trough the history of hands on my DB i see myself doing the same same mistake.... calling big bets knowing that i'm beat... I GOT TO STOP DOING THAT!!!!! I GOT TO FOLDDDDDDDDD!!!!!!! as i counted this kind of error made me lose around $70 - $100 bucks only today in extra bets that probably i shoulda folded , let's see a clear example of my mistake:

I should be spanked for hands like this, and as i said i did the same thing three times this session!!!!! once flopping a Set and having a guy catching a flush on the turn , and still calling his all-in... and one more with a bogus hand that i don't reamember and at this moment i don't care to look for...

My point is , i know i got the dicipline to fold the cards ( or at least i do it on my preflop game ) but if i keep on doing this stupid stuff i'm gonna keep on having this stupid sessions.

Well, sorry to express my anger around here, but i had to write this somewhere so next time i reamemember to not do this stupid stuff.

if you dont mind let me take a crack at this hand. Your turn bet has to be way bigger. Cahnces are with that flop he is on some kind of draw. When you bet $15 into a pot of $39.75 you are giving hime great odds to call. The pot is now $54.75/$15 = 3.5 -1 not too bad considerin he maye get more out of ya. Now it is still wrong for him to call (4-1). I would have made the turn bet the size of the pot. I noticed that you severly under bet the pot on the turn on another hand of yours as well. Maybe I have discovered a leak of yours. So I hope that helps!

Well, night #3 was only 2 hs long and a profit of 38 bucks as usual playing my 4 tables at 50 NL, i think this time i really played a solid poker , and it paid off, my two biggest losses where my first hand at one of the tables where i was a blind and probably one of the few bad plays i did where i called a extra big bet with a 2 Pair losing against a straight (30 gone in that hand) and another hand with QQ (20 gone) against a fish who i pushed all in in the a blank flop , and he hit runner runner sevens to bet my queens with holding K7.

Anyways at least is the first night where i can post that i won!!! and having a 60% Won at showdown this time!!!

Anyways, now is time to go to sleep, and tomorrow will be another day....

Well what can i say.... yet another losing day, is not like i'm losing as lot is only $19 down, but still, i manage to make really good moves really good play, to again be stupid enough to throw it away in 2 hands, geeeeez!!!!!

VP$IP and PFR are just around where i like for my session (14%-16%/4%-7%) but still seems like i'm a Showdown Muppet , for this session over 15% of showdowns i had i won only 40%...

And the thing is i know what i'm doing wrong, i call stuff knowing i'm beat, and i call big bets!!!! i'm gonna try to patch that hole in my game on the next few days.

The good thing is i think i fixed one of my big leaks that was not betting enough when holding a great hand and give more than enough pot odds to another players to call, i think that is almost fixed, and is gonna start paying off.

Well friday is gone for me, i was thinking on puttting between 4 o 6 hours at the tables, but after been awake since 7 AM work trough 5PM then workout and play a basketball game, my body is saying no more for today.

Well i think if i could play every night with the dicipline i played tonight , i will be able to keep on making money, the session tonight ended $77Up what it makes my bankroll be $4 short from $1600. Probably this session coulda be much much better if i didn't lose 5 times holding KK ( i'm gonna post a few hands on the NL forum )

Well right now i'm at work reading my post about what an awful night it was last night, but is Monday , is a new week, new Spirit, New Mindset, New Pair of Energyzer Batteries, so tonight will be a good night , i can feel it.

And seems to be just a bad week, i lost 73 playing NL ( lost it basiclly in 2 hands one with AA crushed by QQ ) and the other trying to steal a pot from a maniac knowing that he had nothing, he called me with nothing , and he won with nothing (AK against AQ ) at least i an up and down straight draw.

Then signed up for the 40000 guaranteed , got AK raise preflop got my two pair on the flop, i bet storng, another guy pushed and caught a flush on the river...

Finally i played a little bit 2/4 i'm tired so it was only 76 hands winning 25
