4 colored decks?

I love it. I get confused when the colors are so close. WIth 4 colors is much harder to mix up your flush cards. At least IMO

yup, i can't stand it either and for some reason, makes it harder for me to read. Maybe it just takes some getting used to but I have no problem with 2 colors.

I changed about 2 months ago to 4 color deck. I can't go back now. I'm the opposite from Briachek, it makes it so much easier to read the board.

do you guys that use 4 colors play live often? its got to disconcerting when playing live without the colors you are used to.

I probably play about 99% of the time online. The nearest "legal" casino is about 2 1/2 hours away...and may get blown away by Rita tomorrow. :cry:

I rarely play live. When I do, I find that I need to pay extra-special attention to the suits, takes more energy.

I suppose I could try to "train" myself to look for the suits online with a 2-color deck, but as soon as I misread and lose a stack (or don't win a stack), I know I'll be right back to 4-color.

I changed to the four color deck a few months ago and love it. It took a little while to get used to it but now I wouldn't play any other way.

i love the 4-color deck, and i love the fact that PAhud can also be configured to use a 4-color deck (albeit slightly different shades of green). I couldn't live without it.

As for live play, I read some CardPlayer article (iirc) that says that there is a desire amongst many players to use the 4-color decks in live play. Whether it will happen or not....
