New Party bonus for September

Has anybody tried it recently? Before I uninstall Empire and reinstall Party, I'd like to have a clue whether it's likely to be worth it.

It is account specific my brother got it but for some reason I didnt. Not sure if its my lack of play on party lately or what. I tried to ask who got the bonus and who didnt and I got some BS stock answer about how only some people got the bonus and others didnt.

I think the bonus is dead. Nobody on BW seems to have gotten it recently.
