Yeah, I think you played that OK.

Slow-playing flushes is a bit of a risk in PLO because if anyone has a set (which is fairly likely) in a multiway pot, you're giving them free cards to pair the board. However, because the pot is so small on the flop, I'd probably risk giving someone a 6-outer in order to allow a pot to build and then "impose your nuts on them", like an over-zealous boyscout leader, on the turn.

However, when the pot is meaningful you should generally look to get as much money in as possible whilst you have the nut flush.
