I know I shouldn't have even played this hand for a raise but I literally hit the wrong button when trying to fold. Talk about a noob mistake...

There's nothing wrong with playing that hand for a 3 BB raise when you have position on the raiser. It can hit some nice flops if low cards come, with the added advantage that the other players in the hand are more likely to have high-orientated cards because of the raise. Plus, you're double-suited which is always good. I often raise hands like this in LP for a bit of deception too (you can often easily stack someone if you hit a strong low flop, and add more deception to your later raises if/when you get to show down that hand).

Of course you have to get all in on that flop. Chances of another A6 being out are slim (although he's free-rolling you if so) and so you're probably going to be winning that hand close to 2/3 of the time. Your opponent played it horribly; you're certain to be ahead of him on the flop after your raise and he's drawing to 5 outs. Fool.

You played it perfectly. Nothing you can do about that, just a bad beat.
