Seems like since early September whenever I sit down at a table on Empire (Party too for the most part but I play Empire more often) the software lets me post the BB to start and then when it's my turn to check, raise, or fold, it never gives me any buttons to do so with.

Then it sits me out and I have to click the I'm back button. And it'll do it again sometimes before it starts working right. What really grates my sack is when it does this and I have a great starting hand and get no chance to play it for more than the blinds or it folds me altogether!!!

Has anybody else had this problem recently? Sometimes I wonder if it has something to do with the fact that I have 4 tables open on both Party and Empire with PT running also. I tried uninstalling the software and reinstalling it but that didn't really seem to help much. If at all.

Any ideas?

They've probably gotten close to $50 out of me this way by now and it's very irritating.

Hopefully this won't be the best answer you'll get but have you tried reinstalling the software? Plus, does this happen when you run only one or two tables?

If going for the reinstall, I assume you'll need to back up your buddy list and player notes.

I've had this happen, too, so it's not on your end. I've forgotten about it, until you brought it up, so I can't help with details or solutions. It happened to other people at the table, at the same time, although not to everyone.

It was me that had this problem on the party skins. My older brother built my cpu for me and he is a super gamer. I had a really good graphics card and I couldn't figure out what the hell was going on. I have quit running programs besides PT and GT+, and I have all the animation, and chips and cards crap off. Since I did this I have never had another problem.

What Kuso said worked for me so you might as well give it a shot. I would like to hear if you are having the same problem I was having.

Troubleshooting computers is pretty simple, if you can repeat the problem. I only had the problem once. It had never happened before or since. I'd forgotten all about it. Your bringing it up jogged my memory. At the time, I said something at the table and a couple others said it had happened or was happening to them. Therefore, I considered it to be a problem with Empire's software, not my computer. I don't remember if it was happening at both tables I was playing at the time. It didn't happen every hand, I remember, and it stopped shortly. YMMV.
