Ah alright. I edited/removed the images, is it better now?

Played Godlike in a heads up today on FTP. The man is indeed godlike, pulling out a sweet KQ to take out my KJ on a king high board.

In all seriousness, the guy is a good player. Good luck man!
Good, you?

Subject: Two final tables at one time?
Current Mood: Ecstatic

I didn't play at all today so when I hopped on tonight for a short session I certianly didn't expect things to happen the way they did. First of all I searched for kdiddy and had a heads up match with him. He was playing 2 at once which is really hard so my win doesn't really reflect his true skills, as I found out later he's a very good poker player :P Anyway moving on, after the HU match I felt like playing a SNG so I joined a nearly full $33 table and started off there. 45 minutes later I won that and had joined a $5 MTT to play on the side since everything was going so well tonight. About 20 minutes through the tourney I searched for kdiddy again and saw he'd signed up to an Omaha tourney, I checked it out and Chris (Jesus) Ferguson was registered. Normally i'd join just to get the chance to play with a pro but not being a great Omaha player I wasn't sure if I should or not. Needless to say I finally decided what the heck and joined in.

Once the Omaha tourney started, I was chipleader in the $5 MTT of about 80 players. 10 minutes into it, Jesus gets moved to my table and my chipstack has dropped below 1,000 (starting chips was 1,500) so things really weren't looking good. The blinds weren't too big so I could survive a little while longer. I waited till I had a good hand and bet the pot (it was PL) and everyone folded. A few hands later I had a semi-decent hand and repeated a pot bet, and again everyone folded. Everyone was playing really tightly, perhaps because Jesus had adapted a tight image and people were copying him or just wanted to play with him, i'm not sure, but by stealing pots here and there I managed to get my way up to about 4k chips and sit at 5th place (40 people entered this tourney).

Meanwhile.. I had maintained my chip lead in the HE tourney and I had about 15k chips while second place had about 9k. I was loving it. Back to the Omaha tourney.. I went in with another steal attempt but got in too far this time and ended up losing 1/3 of my chipstack, leaving me at around 2.5k chips. I stayed here for a while and the tourney was reduced to about 20 people by now. Kdiddy got moved to my table around about this time. Nothing interesting happened till I got all-in preflop against Jesus, i had QQJK with 2 hearts and he had A454 double suited (i think). Anyway, I survive and took him down a peg while getting a very much needed double up.

From there on in nothing too interesting happened untill the final table was formed, Jesus was still in it as was I, and so was kdiddy. So there were two of us BTPers at the one final table, don't know how many times that's happened! Anyway the first two people went out fairly quickly, then it was down to 6 or 7 and everyone was playing super tight. There were two HUGE stacks (20k - 30k) chips, while the rest of us had between 2k and 5k. We were stealing blinds to survive and this went on for a while. Eventually one girl got knocked out on and it was just us 5 left. We were now in the money.

The two chipleaders still had about the same amount of chips, Chris had about 1.7k and kdiddy and I both had between 4k and 5k if I remember correctly. Chris wound up all in against both chip leaders and found no help, so he went out in 5th place. Kdiddy was next with a brutal beat getting sucked out on on the river to leave in 4th. I didnt last too long with both of them going after my blinds so I picked my spot with TTJQ with the JQ beind suited, however I was up against AAxx and the flop come all low cards with no help for me on later streets. So I left in 3rd for a nice $128.

Simlutaneous to this I was playing the final table in my $5 holdem tourney. I entered the FT in 5th position and wasn't paying near enough attention to it as I should have. I ended up taking 5th place after going all in two hands in a row, the first time by KQ didn't get called and the second time i had A2 and ran into AJ. I was the shortstack by far and my M was <5 so I had to do something. I made a nice $32.40 there too.

All in all it was a great night for poker. I played well I thought and got lucky a few times too. I got to play with a pro as well as a fellow BTPer. I got to play 2 final tables at once and came away with a 5th and 3rd placing. My bankroll increased by almost 50% today.

Subject: Hot hot hot
Current Mood: Mellow

I played another 4 heads up matches today and only won two of them. I felt I was playing badly and neither of my losses were due to bad beats so I stopped for a while and decided to play another SNG. I took away another 1st place. I'm on the hottest streak i've ever been on in regards to SNGs; 6 entries, 6 ITMs with 4 firsts, 1 second and 1 third. My ROI atm is somewhere in the vicinity of 270% :D Ahh if only it could last.

One of my headsup matches was an O8 game and I won that one. I'm starting to like trying out other poker games and have gotten quite good at both Omaha and Stud. I've won 8 from 8 heads up matches of Stud Hi/Lo and Omaha.

I've finished 50 heads up matches today and my ITM is sitting nicely at 70% with a ROI of 42%. Preliminary results are showing that a game takes approximately 15 - 20 minutes which is much less than I expected. It's probably due to a small sample size. I plan to play a lot more HU this coming week and my goal by this time next week is to have 200 games completed. Wish me luck!

My bankroll has also quadripled since starting this mission. I'm lovin' it.

I played another couple of $10 HU matches tonight and won them both. I also managed to get in a few hours of NL $25 ring game playing 3 tables while working on other stuff and made about 20ptbb/100 and unlocked another $20 worth of bonus there so that was productive. Nothing much else to repot on.

CURRENT BANKROLL: $931.23

God... I officially challenge you at work today... I lay the gauntlet down... Not sure why, as I'm sure I'll get my ass kicked.... but, it'll be fun either way...

BTW... can we play the HU match on Stars or UB....? I have a bitch of a time keeping the dialup working right on FTP... Not sure why... If you don't have an acct, I'll still play you on FT... Just if you win, I'll blame it on my internet connection making me fold the best hand every time....

Played a few more HU matches last night and I won 7 from 10 if I remember correctly. I also played a bit of $25 ring and kept up my hot streak win rate of 26ptbb/100. I also broke the 4 digit barrier with my bankroll, w00t!

Open a Neteller account. It will make moving money around from one site to another a hell of a lot easier. Very useful, especially if you want to do a bit of bonus whoring.

So us Aussies can open Netteller accounts? What information do they require, and do I need to fax my drivers liscence or a utility bill or anything?

I used my Visa card to deposit. Didn't need any documentation to open an account. I had a problem filling out the online form. It wanted my passport number and I don't have a passport. I contacted Neteller and they said to just put my drivers licence number in that space.
I have used them a lot to move money from one site to another and they have been very good. I have just withdrawn $500 from my Neteller account and banked it with no problems. I can't recommend them highly enough. If you are chasing bonuses with a small bankroll you need to be able to move your money from one site to another without any dramas and Neteller is the best option that I have come across.
For what its worth.......hope that helped.

Been playing terribly lately. Haven't got many hours in and when I have, I really haven't been in the mood so my play has been slipping. Not quite sure what's wrong, I just don't have the same zest to play atm that i've had for ages now. Perhaps I need a break. Anyway, here are my current stats after 80 Heads Up Matches (they started off great, now they're not so good). I think I can definitely achieve a higher standard than this and hopefully it will show over the span of 1,000 matches.
