Well, yeah, i know i cant beleive i folded it now either. I didnt realize the the guy with AA was such a mizor, and i figured there was no way he could cap the turn with me unless he had either a set or a bigger flush, and then the other guy, god knows what he has right since he's capppin the turn with us- hopefully an ace high flush draw was my thought which meant the reraisor hopefully had KK with the
. Of course, a set was always possible too.
But then all of a sudden the bomb drops and the board pairs and HE comes out firing representing the boat or a slowplayed nut flush or something, and the guy who capped the turn is totally unafraid of the board pair and raises, and here i am with what--the third nuts?
At first i put the reraiser on exactly the hand he had, but after all the action he was giving, i started to think that he either (a) outflushed me or (b) had QQ.The one hand i was PRAYING he had was exactly the one he had, but the fuck-ing IDIOT that fired when the board paired enabled him to overplay his hand even more, and thus get me out of the pot. That bet was SO idiotic, not to mention the raise, that i just COULDNT BELEIVE that these guys were raising without something huge in a pot like that.
I know i shouldve called in retrospect, and if i thought for sure i could get out of it for 2 bets cold i mightve, but my fear was that it might get reraised and/or capped after i called, and cost me a ridiculous amount of bets.
Ohh man i was so pissed after this hand i ran around the house yelling AHHHH FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK! And the neighbors peeked in the door and were like dude, what happened? I was just like sorry, i get like this when i laydown the best hand. And they said alright (theyre poker players too--surprise surprise 26-28yr old dudes playin poker)
I mean, is there ANYONE that thinks this was even a marginally good laydown, or is it pretty much an obvious call most if not all the time, and i am just smokin crack?
