I might turn that into an article for the front page...

Seriously though, you know we are all going to want to know WHY.

Lol - quick list....

1) software is flaky (though it has some good features)
2) choice of games is not good
3) games too tight
4) only ever one omaha table of any sort active, usually 1/2 O8
5) NL is hopeless
6) support non-existent
7) no tourneys of note
8) only 3 tables at once
9) feels like playing on a BBC micro (you'll know that one tetsuo :D)
10) anytime you disconnect you're instantly booted from all your tables
11) the waiting lists dont seem to work very well

On the plus side the NL and PL games offer double the usual online buyin (4x the party/empire one) and some of the players are fairly passively poor, the bonus is excellent also ($225 for signing up and depositing with someone as a referral, 2250 raked hands above 25c rake to clear it).

I have made a coupla bucks here in a few days so it's not all bad but I think I might not continue playing here because the games are never going to get big or juicey enough for it to be worth my while to slog the bonuses out of the way.

I think Absolute is a pretty decent site especially for the bankroll challenged. The first time bonus is better than most sites. I played the 10c/20c PL holdem game and cleared about $80 in two weeks. I also made about $200 from the games. The games at this level were hoooooooooooooooooooorrrrrrrrrrrrribbbbbbbbleeeeeeeeeeee. They were also ultra passive. Now the software is probably the worst out there. For a player with a big bankroll there are better sites. But for the player needing to build their roll and get lots of hands in (practice) its not a bad site. It was very nice to my roll.

PS The software is very, very, bad. Did I mention that?

Dont forget if you sign up hook up Ice and Tetsuo.

Don't forget, also, if you sign up, to first gouge your eyes out with a rusty teaspoon.

AA's comment about it being good for low bankrolls is very accurate. Bonus whores with limited resources could do well here, as I imagine could players who play up to about 2/4 limit, but all the other games are fairly hopeless.

Monk is right about the limit play up to 2/4.

But after playing there off and on for a year, I withdrew all my money (less the 8$ handling fee) and wont go back.

I really hate the software and only 9 players per table.

Yeah, not the easiest place in cyberspace to play. Clunky software, scarcity of games (though not as scarce as Full Tilt and a couple of others), occasional connection issues (but not nearly as bad as Pacific), other small issues that together will drive you nuts.

But the players are rather weak, reload bonuses are frequent and easy to clear and cashouts are relatively quick. I stay there because I kill the $10 NLHE SnGs, which also allows me to work off bonuses.
