For $3 you have to call the raise you are getting almost 4:1 on your money. Just pray he had AQ or KQ. Even if you have 6 outs you are only a 2.5:1 dog. What really sucks if he has AJ. Anytime you are stuck calling all in without a pair after the flop you probably made a mistake to get yourself there.

Well like normal poker welcomed me to a new game by kicking me in the nuts. Overall I played 576 hands of .25/.5 over 2.5 hours for a total of -35.74. Over those hands I think I played pretty well, not as well as I could, but good enough to beat this game for a reasonable rate.

This session was a little tough; I got cold decked once, sucked out twice, and made one really horrendous play.

It was a loose pre-flop call but I am trying to play more hands IP in order to acclimate to the game so that I can move up soon. On the flop I contemplated raising but I don’t think that I have a lot of fold equity on that board.
